Handcrafted, customized, or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India):

Delhi/NCR: Same-day delivery available for prepaid orders.

Metro Cities: Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Rest of India: Delivery may take 4–7 business days, as we use fast air courier services.

Next-Day Guaranteed Delivery: Available for select PIN codes on request. Additional charges may apply for urgent or express delivery services.

International Shipping:

Delivery within 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, remote locations, weather conditions, or customs procedures (for international shipments).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size, and weight.

To avoid fake orders and unnecessary returns, we follow a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

As most Zunaldo products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we follow a selective return policy.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product is received in a damaged condition.

An incorrect product is delivered.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products.

Bulk, corporate, or wedding orders.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability.

Important Information

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are a hallmark of handcrafted products.

Zunaldo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or customs authorities.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after product inspection and approval.
